My eBay store opened in 2009 and did pretty well (as you can see by the 100% feedback score). Then I started a new job.... so I’m just getting back into selling after taking a 6 year break.
I’m still working my full time day job so please be patient with my response to any questions. That is also why my handling time is a few days.
But I always try to under-promise and over-deliver. I’ve worked in customer service for 25 years and put real value on my customer’s happiness!
Things haven’t changed too much since 2014, but I do think I will have to relearn the shipping tool. So if you see some crazy shipping charge and really question it, please do not hesitate to ask me! I do not try to profit from shipping charges!
