    Description

    Old Brass Large Heavy Victorian Style Boat Ship Oval Heavy Sign NO SMOKING.
    This was an estate find. This plaque is undrilled and was likely mounted originally with adhesive. A very elegant sign,  that was likely used on a cruise ship or possibly a train or a fancy hotel or elegant restaurant. Has an art Nouveau design. I imagine this was used sometime between 1900 - 1930. Found in Minneapolis so it could have been used in an old restaurant or even an office building. It's heavy and thick. Approximately 7" x 3".  Shows some patina. As pictured. A vety nice collectible piece of architecture.
