Rare Goebel Disney Snow White Dopey Spring Dance Porcelain Figurine Signed Ltd

This beautiful Goebel figurine of Snow White and Dopey, Spring Dance, is very hard to find.
It measures a bit over 6 inches tall, approximately 5 inches across the front in length, and approximately 6 inches deep/wide at the widest point, which is in the middle.
Just an adorable depiction of Snow White and Dopey.
It bears the Disney name and a picture of Tinkerbelle, and also says Goebel Germany, along with Limited Edition No. 241 of 500.mark and two signatures.  One of Charles (?) Goebel, another of M Rasdlsa?  I am not sure what the signatures say.  There is a name or initials as well, Al.

The number 17 26515 is incised on the bottom as well.
