Vintage Relco Creation Dragonware Moriage Cigarette Lighter.  Hand painted Japanese dragon. Features a gold-tone Penguin lighter - made in Japan. Measures 7" x 2-1/2". Pre-owned and in good condition. Shows signs of surface wear - in some places the black paint is scratched or flaked off of the ceramic. The raised painting looks to be intact and in good condition.
