The sound post is in place and there is no sinking I see in the top. There is one cosmetic issue on the 'treble upper side' of body. It looks as though maybe something was on it that over time, maybe while in storage, interacted with the finish. I'll let you decide from the photos. Otherwise, a nice violin with original hard-shell case & a Glasser bow. As far as dating, I can't find any solid info to help me so I'm guessing 90s give or take 10 years.     William LEWIS 4/4 violin & case model-100 4/4. Good pre-owned.
    This violin looks to be intact with no structural issues. The sound post is in place and there is no sinking I see in the top.
    There is one cosmetic issue on the 'treble upper side' of body. It looks as though maybe something was on it that over time, maybe while in storage, interacted with the finish. I'll let you decide from the photos.
